Located in San Lorenzo in one of the 15 hamlets of BUDONI, and built on a hill, SA DOMO AND S'ISTIU (in Sardinian languages The house and the summer) enjoys a fabulous panorama with sea view.

The newly built ground / sky structure, with independent entrance and 2 private parking spaces, has a large living area with open kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace of over 15 sm.

To complete the wonderful structure we have in the rear part of the house, a private swimming pool of 7 x 2.5 meters.
